Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
We keep it simple: we collect the minimum needed to run accounts and the community features, we do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
What we collect
- Email address. Used to sign in and to reset your password.
- Username and avatar. Shown next to your reactions.
- Your activity. Reactions, replies, likes, and saved favorites.
Passwords are stored in encrypted form. We can never see them.
Where it is stored
Account data lives with Supabase, our database and login provider. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf to keep the site running.
What we use it for
- Letting you sign in and stay signed in.
- Showing your username and avatar with your reactions.
- Keeping your list of favorite posts.
- Sending account emails, such as password resets. We send no marketing email.
Analytics
If you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which posts people read. This tells us things like page views and visitor numbers. If you decline, no analytics run at all. See the Cookie Policy for details.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not run analytics without your permission.
Your rights
You can change your username and avatar on your account page. If you want a copy of your data or want your account and everything attached to it deleted, send a message via the contact page and we will take care of it.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete your account and it goes with you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions are always welcome via the contact page.
